I have recently become a vegan. This life change is not only difficult for me because I love meat and cheese more than anything, but also due to the fact that I am an extremely picky eater. Only last year did I start ordering something more than just cheese on my sub. That’s right…just bread and cheese. Every single vegan recipe calls for food that I think is absolutely disgusting. This is simple, filling, and nutritious.
Here is my go-to breakfast that keeps you full and is delicious – even if you are a picky eater.
In a blender mix:
- 1 cup of Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 Banana sliced
- 1 tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp of Dairy-Free Coconut Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup of Soy Milk
- 1 tsp Black Chia Seeds
On top add:
- Banana slices
- Fresh strawberries slices
- 1/4 Cup of Kind Oats & Honey Clusters
- Coconut shavings
