Vegan Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl for Picky Eaters

I have recently become a vegan. This life change is not only difficult for me because I love meat and cheese more than anything, but also due to the fact that I am an extremely picky eater. Only last year did I start ordering something more than just cheese on my sub. That’s right…just bread and cheese. Every single vegan recipe calls for food that I think is absolutely disgusting. This is simple, filling, and nutritious.

Here is my go-to breakfast that keeps you full and is delicious – even if you are a picky eater.

In a blender mix:

  • 1 cup of Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp of Dairy-Free Coconut Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup of Soy Milk
  • 1 tsp Black Chia Seeds

On top add:

  • Banana slices
  • Fresh strawberries slices
  • 1/4 Cup of Kind Oats & Honey Clusters
  • Coconut shavings

Estimated Calories = 325
